By booking services with Warsaw Heritage Tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and our company for cultural tour services in Warsaw, Poland.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment can be made in EUR, PLN, or USD. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices include all specified tour services and entrance fees where applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. We reserve the right to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings with full refund.

4. Tour Requirements

Tours involve walking on cobblestones and historical surfaces. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Children under 16 must be supervised. Tours are conducted in English unless otherwise arranged.

5. Liability
